Department of Commerce
The department of commerce was established in the year 2008 initially offering UG course in commerce there after post graduate course started in 2013 since then the department has steadily grown with all the activities of the department being carried out under the banner of “The commerce council”. The department has three highly qualified knowledgeable and friendly faculty members. The department offers three classes of B.com and two classes of m.com. At present 225 students are enrolled for B.com. Programs and 59students are enrolled for M.com program.
Alongside the Regular class and course activities the department regularly organized group discussion, workshop and seminar to help students to update their knowledge regarding the latest developments in the field of commerce, management, banking and finance.
At the postgraduate level itself the students are initiated into data collection and research during project work. Students to go through observational studies and field visits to optimize their classroom learning.
